Series 4: Balls
Imagine pickleballs reborn as entirely new spheres of possibility.
Spherical shapes have played a profound role in human evolution—from the ovum and the zygote, the earliest cellular origins of life, to the eyeballs that perceive the world, the blood cells that sustain it, and the countless circular forms found in play, engineering, and nature.
This open-ended series explores the transformation of cracked pickleballs into new kinds of orbs—inviting reflection on the symbolic and functional power of the sphere. It’s a meditation on repurposing, rebirth, and the endless fascination with roundness.
